Sea

A sea is a large body of saltwater that is usually connected to an ocean. Seas are usually smaller than oceans and are often partly enclosed by land. They are typically found along the coasts of continents and are often home to a rich diversity of plant and animal life. Some examples of seas include the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, and the Caribbean Sea. Seas are important sources of food and minerals, and they are also used for transportation, recreation, and as sources of energy.
