Darts

Darts, often known as dart-throwing, is a competitive activity in which two or more players fire tiny sharp-pointed missiles known as darts at a circular target known as a dartboard using just their hands.

Darts players are sometimes referred to as “dartists.” Scores are awarded by striking certain indicated locations of the board; however, unlike other sports such as archery, these places are dispersed all throughout the board and do not follow the notion of points rising towards the center of the board.

Though there are other comparable games with different boards and regulations, the name “darts” currently typically refers to a standardised game with a defined board and set of rules.

Darts is a professional shooting as well as a popular pub game.
